Orders: all purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Payment: accepted payment methods include Interac and credit card.

Shipping: delivery times may vary; delays are not our responsibility once shipped.

Returns: due to the nature of our products (soils, fertilizers), all sales are final. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Limitation of liability: Organik Nation is not liable for damages arising from misuse or improper handling of our products.

Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
